核酸化会员物学,围绕核酸修饰展开,主要研究内容包括:

(1) 核酸修饰对转录响应等生物学过程的分子机制研究;

(2) 发展针痘崴酸修饰的化学工具,以调控和监测核酸修饰的转化和功能;

(3) 利用修饰核酸研究核酸结合蛋白的作用机制并发展基因调控的化学工具
